Why can't I register for your website
We have received some emails asking "Why can't I register for your Free Computer Training website" so this post is designed to answer some of the questions from our past experience.
1. The confirmation email may have gone to your Junk Mail folder (depends on your Spam Settings). It may be a good idea to ad ezylearn.com.au as a safe senders domain.
2. When the confirmation email contains a link that you need to click. This link contains details about your registration so the whole link needs to be a hyperlink. If it isn't, but you click on it, then incorrect information goes to our e-learning system and doesn't allow you to go any further. If this happens, then simply highlight the entire link (removing characters like page breaks etc) and paste it into your web browser. This should work.
If you have any other questions that relate to register on the e-learning system and enrolling for courses, please ask them in this forum or reply to this "thread". :-)
